Iwona and Josiane were amazing! We ordered furniture back in May and they delivered exactly when they said it would. We understand it’s custom orders and of course there’s Covid delays but at least they were honest about the time frames. Furniture is absolutely stunning and their designs matched what we had envisioned. Iwona was very responsive and answered any questions I had.

Arhaus Boca Raton was referred to me by a friend when I mentioned I was interested in replacing my dining chairs with something more contemporary. I looked online and found a few options that seemed promising so I made time to go the Boca Town Center location. Happily for me Jake Neal offered to help me. Jake was both personable and knowledgeable about the dinning chairs I was looking at. He directed me to the In Stock options and I chose four Kirsten chairs in Jennie Linen. Jake made the process super easy and enjoyable. I received my chairs about two weeks later by a great team of three delivery guys who assembled the chairs and removed all the packaging material. I am very happy with my chairs! I highly recommend Jake Neal and Arhaus. Actually I have recommended Arhaus and Jake to friends who I know who are looking to decorate their homes. Thanks Jake!!!!

We had the absolute best experience at ARHAUS thanks to Yesse! She made the entire process of purchasing our new bed so easy and enjoyable. Yesse was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely sweet—she took the time to walk us through every detail and made sure we felt confident and excited about our choice. Her customer service is truly outstanding, and we honestly recommend ARHAUS because of Yesse. She turned what could have been a stressful process into something fun and effortless. We have had the best shopping experiences with Yesi at Arhaus Boca. She is professional, knowledgeable and has an amazing design eye. Throughout the last 4 years she has helped us fully furnish and two homes. The deliveries were always smooth and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

I have had an amazing experience at Arhaus thanks to Vera!!! She has been my go to person at the Boca Raton showroom for the last five years helping me furnish two homes. Her incredible knowledge and experience with furniture selection, design, and fabric has been outstanding. Our family is obsessed with Arhaus and can’t speak more highly of their Boca Team. Yesse Ponce originally helped us buy a sectional and then for a new home helped curate a design and sales experience that was thoughtful and comprehensive. She worked well with the in-house design Stacy and we felt heard and the attention to detail and feedback taken led to a good initial experience. While the lead times can be long for custom pieces, they are worth the wait. Importantly, the delivery experience and level of professionalism for the installation team is unlike anything I’ve experienced with other companies. We actually get too many follow up touch points at times. We had an issue with a vendor in our home that destroyed one of the pieces and between Yesse and the store Manager Ariel, they helped us navigate a complicated insurance claim and did right by us. This creates loyalty to the brand. The level of craftsmanship and the idea of not buying generic Chinese made products is what keeps us going back to the store and recommending friends and family. I would encourage those that haven’t gone in to check them out to do so. Thank you to the Arhaus team for helping us.
